Demo-lition Blues! LP (1983)

One of the last posts on my old blog Sounds Fair... it resurfaced since I'm pretty sure but some of you probably missed it anyway...
Excellent compilation LP from 1983 featuring the Deceased, the Secluded, Picture Frame Seduction, the Oppressed, Youthanasia PX and lots of rather obscure bands. Most of my personal favourites are featuring on Side one but obviously you'll judge for yourself.
Now put on your Doc Martens boots, grab your Harrington jacket or your leather, open a few cans and POGO!!!
(Sound's quality varies but it's not always due to the vinyl.)

The Sting-Rays - Cryptic & Coffee Time Lp (1987)

There's a lot to say about this last Sting-Rays' studio LP.... but it's bloody hot right now and fresh beer is my main priority... let's sum things up... it's an ambitious album but didn't they overestimate themselves ?....it was a clear attempt to move from the juvenile exuberance to more mature, sophisticated fields... the problem is that it's patent, you just feel the effort...and it ruins most of it in my very very very very humble opinion.... so not flawless but really worth an "investigation"... the boys weren't talentless at all!.. now to the fridge...

The Orson Family - The Sweetest Embrace 7" (198?)

Orson's last release... not as brilliant as their classic "River Of Desire" but highly recommended nevertheless!

Side 1: The Sweetest Embrace
Side 2: Subterranean Homesick Blues
