Psycho Surgeons - Book Of Job
If you went to see New Model Army in the early days you may have run into this lot. Bradford's, Psycho Surgeons. Fronted by Wild Willi Beckett aka The Doctor. A sight they were to behold as well. Unfortunately, Wild Willi died in March of last year. His ashes are pressed into a 7 inch vinyl single (seriously). Click picture of Wild Willi for full story.
He could often be seen on election nights stood next to Screaming Lord Sutch, also being a fully paid up member of the Monster Raving Loony Party. Used to turn up on the James Whale TV show quite a bit as well.
This single sounds like a cross between UK Decay, The Cravats & The Alex Harvey Band. But it works a treat.

Cheers John gotta check this out! I never knew they'd made records or anything. I saw them with Military Surplus and Salad From Atlantis (a strange combination I know) at a pub in Salisbury back in the 80's and remember being thoroughly entertained!!

Sounds like a bloody good night. Never got to see 'Military Surplus' they were already RDF before I had the priviledge. Nice people though. Love the fact his ashes are in 7 nch singles as well. Theer's one to treasure.
