OK, this is one I wanted to post from the beginning, it's a fab LP... John will surely introduce this post better...
Formed by former Cock Sparrer guitarist Shug O'Neil & bass player Andy Kline in 1987. This is the second Guttersnipes L.P. released on Vice Records in 1991. Think Sparrer with a poppier Clash edge and your in the right ball park. If you like bands like The Partisans & Guitar Gangsters this should be right up your street. Highly recommended. Do it! You'll be sorry if you don't.

Great album this, actually bought about eight copies of it once from a Pound shop! Along with a load of Instigators albums and some other stuff distributed by plasic head. Quality stuff J.
